Fundarevato attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy describes which data we process when you visit our website or sign up for our Eco newsletter, and how we protect that data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data controller for the processing of your personal data is Stichting Fundarevato, established at Herengracht 412, 1017 BZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You can contact us at privacy@fundarevato.com.
2. Which data we process
We only process data you provide yourself through our newsletter forms: your name, your email address and the time of subscription. We also collect anonymised visitor statistics (such as pages viewed and duration of visit).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data only to send you our weekly Eco newsletter, to improve the content of our website and to answer any questions. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
4. Retention period
Your data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. After unsubscribing, your data is deleted within thirty days, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
5. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object. Send your request to privacy@fundarevato.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
6. Security
Our website is secured via an SSL certificate (HTTPS). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access or loss.
7. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page.
